Dear Jeff,
I decided to write you this Thank You note as I approach my 18-month anniversary at Hope for
Tomorrow. I still have two more days to go but I think I will make it, in fact I really do not think I will ever have to worry about “making
it” ever again. more..
With the help of the people and services
that Hope for Tomorrow has to offer me, I now have a new sense of being.
more..
Although I am a new member of Hope for Tomorrow
and only been here two months, this is not my first time through treatment.
more..
Setting short-term goals, taking healthy risks and continuing to practice love-in-service
(because without charity
I have nothing, I am nothing). more..
I thought my husband, Jim, was having a nervous breakdown. What he really had was a full blown relapse
back into the dark, deceitful world of alcohol use. What I did know
... the desire to be sober seemed lost, forever!

I am amazed
at the positive changes that
have occurred in my life. more..
I came to Hope for Tomorrow on June 6,
2002. I now have 26 months of recovery.
more..
I'm writing to let you know that Hope for Tomorrow
has been a real blessing. Yes, I've come up from the
depths of hell and Hope for Tomorrow has been a God send.
more..
First I would like to say, I owe my life to
Hope for Tomorrow.
Last year I was living in a garbage
dumpster (literally) - I mean who wanted to let a drunk
into their little world but Hope for Tomorrow welcomed
me. more..
I was basically homeless and out of
work and with few places to turn to and even less people to turn
to. more..
I took my last drink on July 3, 2003.
Before
that, I was a hapless, hopeless drunk with no will to
live. more..
