This chart details the “Core Issues to Relapse Behaviors/Return to The Use of Psychoactive Substances”.  As indicated, the       top five reported factors for relapse are: (1) boredom, (2) depression, (3) loneliness, (4) stress,  and (5) low self-esteem.

 

The structure and support, offered by HFT, addresses these top (five) issues to relapse.  In addition, the professionally certified counseling assists clients develop operative skills to address: anger; shame; guilt; impulse control; complacency; stress management; cognitive re-structuring; relationships; spirituality; depressive symptoms, and grandiose/egotistical thinking.
